GRINDING MACHINE WITH BELT

Our belt sander has been designed and studied to perform different processes on the bases and the edges of skis and snowboards, with different types of belts: professional sanding (60, 80, 100, 120 grain, double grain), finishing and polishing (trizac), waxing (scotch-brite or MSG), tuning of the laminae (tape tuning). The belt is replaced quickly and easily.
It is characterized by professional mechanical quality and continuous improvement of technology. The small size allows it to be used even in small spaces, making it one of the most compact sanders on the market. The simple maintenance of the machine and the use of recommended consumables make it possible to always have a performing and valuable machine.

The sander is modular: it is possible to assemble the side edge grinder or the feeding module in a second moment.
The complete update of the electrical system has led to an improvement in energy consumption; the overhauled hydraulic system made it possible to optimize the cleaning and lubrication of the machine.
There are two voltage alternatives, 230V or 400V, with or without potentiometer. The application of an inverter technology on 230v versions allows the variation of speed of all the motors, thus guaranteeing the optimization of the processing in respect of consumption.

The LC machine is available in four versions:
